Pan Pizza
Craving a quick pizza? Here it comes!
Ingredients:
Some pizza or rotli dough
1 tsp olive oil
1 to 2 tbsps of tomato sauce
1 tsp of shredded fresh basil
Shredded cheese
1 to 2 tbsps of sliced mushrooms
2 tbsps of apple or pineaple cubes
Preparation:
1. Roll your dough to the size/diameter of your pan
2. Grease your pan, spread your rolled dough over and let it cook for a few minutes on medium heat.
3. Once one side of your crust is cooked, flip it and lower your heat.
4. Spread the tomato sauce on your crust, garnish it with the rest of the ingredients, cover it and let it cook until your crust is ready and the cheese melted.
Notes:
- I personally used some rotli though which worked perfectly.
- You can obviously make your pizza with the toppings of your choice. If you want to add some chicken or meat to it, make sure they're cooked before hand.
- I used emmental & mozarella for the shredded cheese.

*For the pastries:
1. Preheat your oven to 200c/400f and grease your pan.
2. Flour your work
area, lightly spread out your puff pastry, and cut into circles the size of
your "ravioli cutter or mold".
3. Add chicken stuffing on your circles, grated cheese and close them tightly.
* If you do not have a ravioli cut or mold, you can use a fork to press down the edges.
4. Place your pastries on the pan and when all ready, coat them with egg yolk.
* At this stage, you can sprinkle your pastries with poppy or sesame seed.
5. Bake until your pastries are brown and baked.

Tandoori Tortillas

- 2 tbsp of tandoori masala
- 5 tbsp of yogurt
- ½ lemon’s juice
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- ½ tbsp ghee (or butter)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 5 mini tortillas
- 5 lettuce leaves
- Tzatziki greek yogurt
Préparation:
1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, the tandoori masala, the lemon juice and the garlic paste.
2. Macerate the chicken with the tandoori mixture and let it sit for an hour or two.
3. In a pan, melt the ghee/butter with the olive oil and cook the chicken till there is no sauce left.
4. Place your tortillas in a plate. Spread some tzatziki greek yogurt on each of them, place your lettuce leaves on top, garnish it with the tandoori chicken and voila!
Sn-Comments:
* * I personally used tzatziki flavored Greek yogurt, but you can vary the taste by using mayonnaise or any other sauce you’d like :)
