Ingredients:
- 200g noodles
- 200g prawns (cleaned)
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp of sweet and sour sauce (optional)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic puree/paste
- Salt and red chili powder
- Few spring onions
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, mix the water, soy sauce and sugar then
set it aside.
2. In a pan, boil water and let your noodles cook.
Meanwhile, in a large stove or a wok over medium heat, lightly fry the garlic
paste in oil then add the shrimp and let it cook.
3. Drain your noodles once they are cooked.
4. When your shrimps are cooked, sprinkle a little
basil, add the sweet and sour sauce, salt, stir once, and transfer all in a
bowl.
5. In the same stove/wok, fry the noodles a few
minutes with the vegetables and the
soy sauce mixture, and a little oil if
necessary.
6. Sprinkle red pepper (to your taste) over the
noodles, and serve by adding
the shrimps over or mixing.
