Pan Pizza

Craving a quick pizza? Here it comes!

Ingredients:
Some pizza or rotli dough
1 tsp olive oil
1 to 2 tbsps of tomato sauce
1 tsp of shredded fresh basil
Shredded cheese
1 to 2 tbsps of sliced mushrooms
2 tbsps of apple or pineaple cubes

Preparation:
1. Roll your dough to the size/diameter of your pan
2. Grease your pan, spread your rolled dough over and let it cook for a few minutes on medium heat.
3. Once one side of your crust is cooked, flip it and lower your heat.
4. Spread the tomato sauce on your crust, garnish it with the rest of the ingredients, cover it and let it cook until your crust is ready and the cheese melted.

Notes:
- I personally used some rotli though which worked perfectly.
- You can obviously make your pizza with the toppings of your choice. If you want to add some chicken or meat to it, make sure they're cooked before hand.
- I used emmental & mozarella for the shredded cheese.

Chicken Cheese Puffs

Ingredients:
- Chicken stuffing*
- Puff Pastry
- Grated Cheese
- Egg yolk
- Poppy seeds

*For the chicken stuffing:
- 500g of shredded chicken
- 50ml oil
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 3 small diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp of curry powder
- 1 tsp of turmeric powder
- 1 tsp of red chili powder
- 1 tsp of green chili paste
- Salt & Pepper

Preparation:
*For the chicken stuffing:
1. In a pan, heat the oil and add in the garlic, the spices and the tomatoes. Let it cook until it becomes a sauce.
2. Add the chicken, salt, pepper and let it cook until the water has completely evaporated.
*At this step, you can also add in some corn and 'greens' (like parsley, or green onions)
*You can store this stuffing in the freezer and use when needed.

*For the pastries:

1. Preheat your oven to 200c/400f and grease your pan.
2. Flour your work area, lightly spread out your puff pastry, and cut into circles the size of your "ravioli cutter or mold".
3. Add chicken stuffing on your circles, grated cheese and close them tightly.
* If you do not have a ravioli cut or mold, you can use a fork to press down the edges.
4. Place your pastries on the pan and when all ready, coat them with egg yolk.
* At this stage, you can sprinkle your pastries with poppy or sesame seed.
5. Bake until your pastries are brown and baked.
